First up, the release date has been nailed down to the 11th of August. Which brings me to the pre order!

Pre orders are available between July 28th – August 10th and come with a few bonus goodies including a personally autographed postcard and sticker along with a physical signed copy of the album and instantaneous access to a downloadable version of the album. There are also other versions of the bundled pre order including T-shirt options. Pre orders are available here.

To celebrate the release, Chuck Mosley & VUA will be having an album launch party on Friday August 14th at the Beachland Ballroom. Doors open at 8pm and tickets are $10.

Also check out the brief article about Chuck over at spinner.com where he discusses working with Korn frontman Jonathan Davis.

If you are interested in sampling the album prior to purchase, there are now four tracks up on his myspace including the duet with Jonathan Davis. (I really like Tractor btw)

Next is the tracklist:

1.)   Intro
2.)  The Enabler
3.)  Tractor
4.)  Punk Rock Movie
5.)  Nameless
6.)  Pile Driver
7.)  Come Around
8.)  King Arthur’s Cousin, Ted.
9.)  Sophie
10.) WCAL
11.) Bob Forest

And lastly the latest vLog from Chuck:

the track “wcal” is a new, reworked version of We Care A Lot. there’s a funny quote: “about the little man who wanted it all but couldn’t have it”! Roddy Bottum is featured on the track.
