we can hope… though aren’t there FNM gigs rumoured around that time?
maybe he’s talking about some other big zorn fest with multible bands playing? or maybe he’s getting to play with some hero of his?
ah well i just really hope that if it is bungle reunionising that they’ll do an album first rather than just jump on the tour circuit

According to a guy on a Melvins forum who spoke to Dunn about a month and a half ago, the Melvins are going to be doing a huge US tour, 51 shows in 51 consecutive days and they’re going to film the tour.

aww that’s a pity if it’s not bungle (though it makes sense with the whole “setting a world record” thing) i was starting to hope that those months might have been bungle writing sessions… on the other hand wouldn’t a melvins tour consist of the 4 piece melvins line-up?

Nothing Bungle or FNM related came to my mind when I first read it. I think it’s more of a personal thing or yeah, maybe that Melvins megathing.

This guy said the plan was hatched last year whilst Melvins Lite (Buzz & Crover w/Dunn on upright bass) were touring together and that Buzz told their manager to book it in before anyone backed out of the idea so reading between the lines the ’51 shows in 51 days’ thing sounds like it will be with Dunn.
